Registration will open to the community in January each year for the following school year (Aug - May). Applications are accepted on a first- come, first-served basis.

Enrollment Process

Thank you for your interest in The Oak Grove Young Children’s School! We look forward to another wonderful year at The Young Children’s School (YCS) and hope that you’ll decide to be a part of it! Contact our Administrative Assistant, Shannon Higgins at shiggins@ogumc.org for more information and to receive an enrollment packet or download the application form and email it to Michele. The details below will guide you through our application/ enrollment process.

Dates To Remember:

Application Info:

Forms must be received by the YCS office on or before registration deadline in order for your application to be complete and therefore processed.

    1. Admission Application and Parent Agreement forms

    2. Non-Refundable Registration Fee of $125 is due with your application for the first child

    3. $110 Registration Fee is due for each additional child's application

Acceptance Info:

  • Your acceptance notification will be sent in March.  Enclosed in the mailing is an ACCEPTANCE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM that you must return to OGYCS to accept your spot(s)

Enrollment Info:

  1. To secure your child’s spot, your acceptance forms, May tuition (last month of following year), and supply fee must be received by the deadline.
    • This payment and pre-tuition is non-refundable. We have a waitlist each year. Families that don’t secure their spots by the deadline may forfeit their opportunity to enroll for the upcoming year. All tuition and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  2. Verbal notification of any kind is not considered an official withdrawal notification. 

Class Assignment:  Class assignment letters are mailed the last week of July each year.

A non-refundable Registration Fee of $125 is due with your application. Registration Fee for each additional child is $110. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
