Registration, Enrollment & Tuition

Registration Fee Information

All required forms and fees are due by 1:00 p.m., Friday, February 8, 2019 for your registration to be processed.

Registration Fees Per Child:
  • $125 for all applications
  • $15 discount for each additional child registering after the first child.
Acceptance Letters & Fees:
  • Friday, March 15, 2019 – Acceptance letters emailed.
  • Friday, April 12, 2019 –  August tution, May 2019 tuition, and supply fee are due with acceptance form for  All Classes to confirm spot. All tuition and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
How to Pay Fees:
  • Payment is accepted by Check, cash or money order. Make checks payable to OGYCS (Oak Grove Young Children’s School).  Once accepted, we accept electronic payments by credit card or bank account via TUITION EXPRESS. Enrollment Process

Thank you for your interest in The Oak Grove Young Children’s School! We look forward to another wonderful year at The Young Children’s School and hope that you’ll decide to be a part of it!  Contact our Assitant Director of Admissions, Katie Hughes, khughes@ogumc.org for more information and to receive an enrollment packet.  The details below will guide you through our application/ enrollment process.

Dates To Remember:

January 15, 2019: 2019-20 Current Family registration opens
January 22, 2019: Open House tours January 22 & 23, 9:30am
January 22, 2019: 2019-20 Community registration opens
February 8, 2019: 2019-20 applications due by 1 p.m.
April 12, 2019: Parent acknowledgement – August 2019 tuition, May 2020 tuition supply fee
July 29, 2019: 2019-20 Class assignment emailed this week

Application Info:

Forms required in YCS office on or before 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 8, 2019 in order for your application to be complete and therefore processed.
1.  Family Application and Parent Agreement forms
2.  Non Refundable Registration Fee for each child, $125
There is a $15 registration fee discount for each child after the first one registered.

Acceptance Info:

Your acceptance notification will be emailed to the primary contact on the application on March 15, 2019
Enclosed in the mailing:  ACCEPTANCE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM that you will return to OGYCS
along with required August tuition, prepaid May 2020 tuition, and supply fee.
If we don’t have an immediate opening, you will be notified of your child’s position on our waitlist.

Enrollment Info:
  1. To secure your child’s spot, your acceptance forms, August tuition, May 2020 tuition (last month), and supply fee must be received by Friday, April 12, 2019. 
    This payment and pre-tuition is non-refundable. We have a waitlist each year. Families that don’t secure their spots by April 12, 2019 may forfeit their opportunity to enroll for the upcoming year.  All tuition and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  2.  Verbal notification of any kind is not considered an official withdrawal notification.  
Class Assignment:

Class assignment letters are mailed the last week of July each year.

A non-refundable Registration Fee of $125 is due with your application. Registration Fee for additional applications is $110 per application. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
