Registration, Enrollment & Tuition

Registration Fee Information

All required forms and fees are due by 1:00 p.m., Friday, February 23, 2018 for your registration to be processed.

Registration Fees Per Child:
  • $125 for all applications
  • $15 discount for each additional child registering after the first child.
Acceptance Letters & Fees:
  • Friday, March 16, 2018 – Acceptance letters  mailed and postmarked .
  • Friday, April 13, 2018 –  August tution, May 2019 tuition, and supply fee are due with acceptance form for All Classes to confirm spot. All tuition and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
How to Pay Fees:
  • Payment is accepted by Check, cash or money order. Make checks payable to OGYCS (Oak Grove Young Children’s School).  Once accepted, we accept electronic payments by credit card or bank account via TUITION EXPRESS. Enrollment Process

Thank you for your interest in The Oak Grove Young Children’s School! We look forward to another wonderful year at The Young Children’s School and hope that you’ll decide to be a part of it!  Contact our Assitant Director of Admissions, Katie Hughes, khughes@ogumc.org for more information and to receive an enrollment packet.  The details below will guide you through our application/ enrollment process.

Dates To Remember:

January 16, 2018: 2018-19 Current Family registration opens
January 23, 2018: Open House tours January 23 & 24, 9:30am
January 23, 2018: 2018-19 Community registration opens
February 23, 2018: 2018-19 applications due by 2 p.m.
April 13, 2018: Parent acknowledgement – August 2018 tuition, May 2019 tuition supply fee
July 27, 2018: 2018-19 acceptance letters mailed
August 31, 2018: 2018-2019 Class assignment letters mailed by

Application Info:

Forms required in YCS office on or before 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 23, 2018 in order for your application to be complete and therefore processed.
1.  Family Application and Parent Agreement forms
2.  Non Refundable Registration Fee for each child, $125
There is a $15 registration fee discount for each child after the first one registered.

Acceptance Info:
Your acceptance notification will be postmarked by Friday, March 16, 2018.
Enclosed in the mailing:  ACCEPTANCE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM that you will return to OGYCS 
along with required August tuition, prepaid May 2019 tuition, and supply fee.
If we don’t have an immediate opening, you will be notified of your child’s position on our waitlist.
Enrollment Info:

1. To secure your child’s spot,  your acceptance forms, August tuition, May 2019 tuition (last month), and supply fee must be received by Friday, April 13, 2018.
This payment and pre-tuition is non-refundable. We have a waitlist each year. Families that don’t secure their spots by April 13, 2018 may forfeit their opportunity to enroll for the upcoming year.  All tuition and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2.  Verbal notification of any kind is not considered an official withdrawal notification.  

Class Assignment:

Class assignment letters are mailed the last week of July each year.

A non-refundable Registration Fee of $125 is due with your application. Registration Fee for additional applications is $110 per application. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
